Customer Service Associate

 
     
 

This position is responsible for managing our relationship with Customers to meet their needs and expectations once we achieve the sale.

As the primary point of contact for Customers, Customer Service Associates must possess excellent Customer service, problem solving, writing, and telephone skills.  Also important are attention to detail and a passion for quality in every work output.
