	ALESYS can develop e-Learning programs in any type of courseware that will meet the Customer's needs.  We currently use Macromedia's Director, Authorware, and Flash, as well as HTML-based programs.

Coaching Packets
	To make your e-Learning initiatives really come alive and increase transfer to job application, all of our programs include optional coaching packets and/or Manager's packets.  So if you really want your learning content to be applied on the job, these packets will help make application on the job happen.
Learning Components of Each Program
	Each program is designed to include competency checks throughout the content, as well as a final assessment to complete the program.
	A printable certificate is available for the Learner upon completion of the program.
	All of our programs are AICC compliant.
	Interactivity is displayed throughout the programs by narrations and animated models.
	Printable Job Aids and notes pages are also available for the Learner to use back on the job.
