ALESYS provides a Customer Resource web page for its Customers to use during the life of a project. Following are some features of this password-protected page:

  • A Project description containing the name, description, list of deliverables, and various other elements of a project
  • A download area where Customers can download and access files and documents from the ALESYS team. This area can also be used for delivery of final deliverables.
  • A Message board system for use by Subject Matter Experts and the ALESYS Development team during the span of a project. The Message board has several features that allow users to receive replies to their posts via email.
  • A Gantt chart displaying the various project deadlines and deliverables so Customers can see the progress of their projects.
  • A Customer file upload area where Customers can place files and documents on the ALESYS web server, securely. Customers can also click a link to see the files that have been uploaded.
  • Contact information of individuals in the various ALESYS departments that the Customer may need.
  • Access to e-Learning Portal.
